Barry Natton FCIOB

Barry Natton's early career was with Costain Construction in the UK and West Africa.

He was then the Chief Executive of Riverside Housing Association for 31 years, as well as a Board Member and Company Secretary. He managed the growth of the business to become one of the foremost housing associations in the country.

Latterly Barry concentrated on Strategy, Vision and Values, Governance, the Human Resource and Staff Development issues, Finance and maximising the use of IT.

He was Chair of the National Federation of Housing Associations for three years.

Barry's continuing professional development includes being an OPM graduate of Harvard Business School, and an MA in Fine Art from Liverpool University. He have been a Trustee of various charities including BBC Children In Need, youth training schemes, and currently chairs governance reviews for the Methodist Church.

Barry now works as a sculptor and printmaker.
