A three year Co-operation Agreement between British University in Dubai (BUiD) and The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in the United Kingdom.

By mutual agreement, BUiD and CIOB will exchange information, funding, knowledge and experts concerning construction management, technology and research through websites, publications, media and exhibitions, seminars, conferences to further the education, research and professional practice in construction as appropriate to the region.

It is understood that this agreement provides the basis for the development of a Community of Practice for the management and leadership of the construction discipline and its professions.

A three year Co-operation Agreement bewteen Abu Dhabi International Centre for Organisational Excellence (ADICOE) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in the United Kingdom.

The CIOB and ADICOE shall jointly develop a connection and mutually establish friendly relations with other local, national and international organisations, to work on projects of international interest for the recognition, development and advancement of educational goals of each.

By mutual agreement, both sides will respectively facilitate exchanges between experts, research scholars, professional practitioners and academics on construction management through the encouragement of participation in seminars, workshops and conferences organised by the other side; exchange visits to promote cooperation and communication between the two organisations at local, national and international level and associated network activity.
