Perhaps most importantly, we are tasked with promoting good practice within our industry to improve quality of life for every one of us.

We are at a really exciting point in our digital journey with some incredibly ambitious plans, and we are looking for an experienced digital lead who can drive this forward in our brand new Head of Digital role. 

Here are some of the key things you’ll get involved with;

-Driving collaborative business partnerships around the organisation to influence the strategic development of digital initiatives & infrastructure 

-Devising a digital first strategy to drive membership growth, engagement, career support, revenue generation and brand awareness

-Developing and managing all of our digital platforms, channels and customer experiences enabling a better, more personalised user experience across all devices

-Devising a integration strategy to unify all CIOB websites on to one platform

-Introducing regular, consistent and automated reporting of all relevant digital metrics to support business activity.

We are seeking a highly personable and experienced candidate for this role. You will need to be able to demonstrate significant digital marketing experience with an emphasis on strategy, engagement and customer or member generation. As a business ‘diplomat’ you will be able to build and maintain excellent relationships across the business, and will have strong line management experience, an excellent analytical skill-set, and experience of building business websites to compliment current digital marketing techniques with a focus on user experience and customer journey.
