Joining us as Hub Operations (global) Administrative Assistant, you will provide invaluable administrative support to the Global Operations team, ensuring the highest standards are maintained in the delivery of services across the globe.

Acting as first point of contact, you will liaise with a diverse range of contacts including members, committee members, regional staff and HQ departments and provide support, advice and assistance where necessary. You will manage all correspondence and information, answering telephone calls and emails whilst arranging and coordinating team calls, meetings, preparing associated documentation, making travel, accommodation and catering arrangements and assisting in meeting set up and taking minutes where required.

Maintaining basic financial records such as cost codes, purchase orders and expenses, you will coordinate the team’s annual leave and facilitate the timely delivery of local electronic member newsletters, including scheduling activities and proof reading content.

So if you are an experienced and competent Administrator, then this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for a highly organised individual who has experience of delivering a high standard of customer service and who has the ability to handle queries effectively at all levels. You should have excellent written communications skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well in a team, in what can sometimes be a busy, pressurised environment.

Capable of maintaining accurate filing systems and records, you will be experienced in organising in house events and proof reading documents and communications. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office are a pre-requisite.
