Technical Support Engineer

Joining us as Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of 1st and 2nd line technical support to all users of all CIOB systems and hardware, ensuring that support and technical fixes are conveyed in a timely and successful manner.
Your key duties will include systems administration, server management and the configuration, installation of new or replacement hardware and software and providing support to a number of planned IT projects.
With demonstrable experience in a similar role, you will bring to the role experience of providing technical support and systems administration in a multi-platform environment. Highly customer focused, you will have experience of supporting all levels of an organisation in a quick and efficient manner. Analytical in your thinking, you will possess excellent problem solving abilities and you will have a strong interest in all things IT related. Ideally you will also hold or be working towards relevant industry certifications or qualifications.
