This role is Home Based, covering the South West Area.

This is a Part-Time Maternity Cover role, working 12 hours per week.

About the Role

As our Administrator, you will give support to the local hub team and members, providing excellent customer service and advice. You will also assist in the organisation and publishing of a programme of events locally including networking, CPD and site visits.

 

What we’re looking for…

We’re looking for a highly organised individual who has demonstrable administration experience. With good secondary level education and excellent copywriting skills, you will have experience of organising and administrating successful events and be able to work well within a team.

Capable of communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, you will have the ability to provide the highest possible level of customer service. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and social media are prerequisite, as is the ability to learn new in-house systems quickly.

Although this role is home based, you will need to be willing to work flexible hours to meet the organisation's needs.
