Dylan relocated from Mace in Johannesburg to Mace in London. He is working as a Performance Manager on the HS2 Euston Station project. Dylan completed his BSc (Honours) Construction Management at Nelson Mandela University, in South Africa, in 2013. At university, he conducted research on nanotechnology in construction, which sparked his interest in new and better ways of working – pushing him towards organisations like Mace and the CIOB. After university, Dylan became involved with the CIOB and served as the chair for CIOB Novus Africa. He has developed an interest in Digital Working, the Role of Young Professionals in Construction, BIM and Project Controls.
