With over 20 years of hands on experience leading change and transformation activities gained through large scale transformations he has a vast array of expertise cutting cross all business disciplines and activities with particular specialisms in Organisational Strategy, Target Operating Models Design and Project and Programme execution.
Ket is also Co-Chair of the Change Management Institute. The role brings cutting edge thought leadership on topics such as Design Thinking, Neuroscience, Benefits Management, Master Data Management and Nudge Theory as well as many other emerging capabilities to enable change professionals to develop networks for greater individual and organisational capability. It also ensures that the Change Management Institute continue to grow to support affiliates in our local chapters and brings consistency and commonality to the offering across the UK.
