Pamela leads Stronger Together’s Modern Slavery in Construction Programme, developed in conjunction with the Chartered Institute of Building. The Programme enables organisations to address Modern Slavery in their own business and to develop capability in their supply chain through regional workshops and access to free resources.
With a background in HR and experience gained through in-house roles in FTSE-listed organisations covering the FMCG, Energy and Engineering, Financial Services, Construction & Business Services Sectors, Pamela’s interest in Business and Human Rights was prompted during her time with Diageo Plc where she was asked to use her Organisation Development and Change Management experience to develop and lead the global 'Corporate Citizenship for Suppliers' programme.
Pamela has subsequently provided coaching, consultancy, training and facilitation support to national and international organisations across the academic, private and public sectors and is a member of the Scottish Government’s Human Trafficking and Exploitation Corporate Group.
