ORME SQUARE - HIGH END RENOVATION
Brompton Cross Construction were appointed to renovate this large five-storey residence overlooking Kensington Palace Gardens. The works included;
• Repurposing of apartment block back to single family dwelling
• External renovations to glazing, rendering and guttering
• New MEP services
• Design and source bespoke luxury interior items.

PARK ROYAL - NEW BUILD
Located in Park Royal, this new build, four bedroom family house was constructed after the full demolition of the existing property on the site. The project boasts;
• Modern spacious open plan design throughout
• Additional 786 sq. ft added to the footprint of the main house
• 320 sq. ft single-storey guest house with private entrance from the garden
• High-end luxury fittings and finishes throughout

SHEPHERD’S BUSH - RESTAURANT REFURBISHMENT
Completed within a limited time frame of just seven weeks, this restaurant renovation in Shepherd’s Bush consisted of:
• Full strip-out and installation of new commercial hardwood flooring
• Upgraded sanitary facilities
• New seating layout designed to maximise capacity
• Sourcing and installation of the stunning marble bar to be the focal point of the restaurant
• Work schedules designed with minimal disruption to the business
