SummaryBEAC are hosting this event to discuss active travel delivery in Wales
The members of the Built Environment Alliance Cymru (BEAC)* all have a role in the delivery and promotion of active travel. We are pleased to be hosting an event to discuss active travel delivery in Wales and the role of the built environment professions in planning, delivering and encouraging active travel. The event will particularly focus on celebrating and using Wales’ unique legislative position in delivering active travel, including the Active Travel (Wales) Act. It will also be valuable in demonstrating the important cross-professional engagement and collaboration required to successfully delivery active travel.
The event at the Pierhead Building, sponsored by Huw Irranca-Davies MS, will provide an excellent networking opportunity for attendees, and we will be joined by the Deputy Minister for Climate Change, Lee Waters MS.
A light lunch will be provided.
Whilst the event is free to attend, advance booking is required.
