Tomorrow’s Leaders are shaping the future of the built environment and look to support the construction industry with future challenges.

This is Part 2 of a 3-part series: Leading the way to a diverse & inclusive future.

Within this 3-part webinar series members of our Tomorrow’s Leaders Community, alongside CIOB senior members and industry experts, will explore and discuss the main issues and challenges the built environment is facing. Our panellists will share their insights and opinions on how both our leaders of today and tomorrow can navigate their way in an ever-changing environment. Key topics of discussion include Technology; Diversity & Inclusion; and Sustainability.

In part 2 in this webinar series, join a lively discussion with other experts to share views, tackle pre-conceptions and to showcase successes and case studies on how the industry is not only promoting a more diverse and inclusive workforce but also, how we’re implementing EDI into our built assets and benefitting end users living, working and visiting our environments.

Our global Tomorrow’s Leaders Community is a cross membership community within the CIOB which focusses on building professionalism, developing skills & sharing knowledge at every career stage whilst enhancing the pipeline of high-quality construction talent.

Members: gain 3 CIOB CPD points when you reflect on the ethical aspects of your learning from this activity.

In my career, I have learnt and delivered digital strategies to improve the overall delivery of construction projects, such as implementation of Procore technologies within light rail transit projects in Ontario, Canada.
