Noel McKee FCIOB
CIOB Trustee, Business Consultant NVM ConsultingI have 39 years of experience in the Construction Industry, holding senior pre-construction and business development roles with leading building contractors, managing multi-disciplinary teams in successful bids for major Public and Private sector projects throughout the UK & Ireland.
The CIOB has been a central part of my career, having held a variety of roles for the Institute, including Chair of Ireland 2012-13 and Members Forum Representative to the CIOB Business Development Board 2017 - 2020
Currently run my own consultancy business, NVM Consulting. My aim is to support businesses within the construction industry in their business development and preconstruction functions along with any personnel training and development.

Hamza Momade FCIOB
Versatile, Persistent PMI am a Chartered Construction Manager for Specialized and Complex Infrastructure Projects at Roni Group of Companies, Canada. I have managed residential, commercial and infrastructure projects from the ground up, and served private and public sector clients in Malaysia, Singapore and Canada. I have delivered projects with international and multicultural teams at Telford, Tridel, Averton and Roni, with solutions that cater to different cultures and languages. I have led and managed project teams composed of several layers of management, abilities and skills. I have a high rate of success in preparing and submitting complex construction claims (Loss of efficiency, delay claims, back charges, price increase) & ensuring contractors are paid on time.
My work in delivering construction solutions within cost, quality and schedule has resulted in greater customer satisfaction, increased customer outreach, and long-term reduction of costs. In my career, I have learnt and delivered digital strategies to improve the overall delivery of construction projects, such as implementation of Procore technologies within light rail transit projects in Ontario, Canada.

Rebecca Lovelace
Founder and Chief Dot-joiner at Building PeopleRebecca is Founder and Chief Dot-joiner at Building People, a hub for equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the built environment.
Building People’s mission is to improve representation across the built environment by enabling and empowering a collaborative movement for inclusive change. The social enterprise brings together careers opportunities with a ‘network of networks’, enabling people to find built environment careers support, and industry to connect with a more diverse range of talent.
Rebecca has over twenty years’ experience in creating and connecting organisations and networks across the built environment. She is a co-founder of BuildForce, the industry initiative to facilitate connections between ex-military personnel and industry employers, and also a co-founder of BeOnsite, a non-profit company providing training and job opportunities for disadvantaged people in the property sector.
Prior to Building People, Rebecca worked at Lendlease as a Community Development Manager and then ran her own niche consultancy, developing and delivering EDI-focused programmes to a range of stakeholders across the sector.
Before discovering the world of construction and the built environment Rebecca worked in the
humanitarian aid and homelessness sectors. Rebecca has an MSc in Urban Regeneration and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She also sits on the advisory board for the Buying Social Justice Through Procurement research project.
In 2022, Rebecca was the inaugural winner of the CIOB’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (Individual) award and was also named one of the Top 100 Influential Women in Construction by the National Federation of Builders.
