Toilet provision for men and women

MHCLG launched a technical inquiry into the provision of public toilets and took the view that there needs to be proper provision of gender-specific toilets for both men and women, with a clear steer in building standards guidance.

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) launched a technical inquiry into the provision of public toilets and took the view that there needs to be proper provision of gender-specific toilets for both men and women, with a clear steer in building standards guidance.

The CIOB called for an expansion to this review of toilet access to include industries who work outside as current standards for toilet provision in construction is still a cause of stress for many workers.
