About the Role

As our Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be the main point of contact in the marketing team, whilst also managing and actioning specific marketing requests from across the CIOB, including collateral requests. You will also regularly monitor and analyse marketing activity, generating reports and insight where needed.

You will provide support/co-ordination on projects and events for Marketing, including preparing the promotional material. You will also co-ordinate the production of marketing materials (leaflets, adverts, banner stands and brochures), providing design support using Adobe Acrobat and working with external agencies. You will also co-ordinate and oversee the running of Global Student Challenge (GSC) – the CIOB’s international competition for undergraduates, including the development and implementation of the GSC marketing plan.

The role will also focus on developing effective working relationships with CIOB departments as necessary in order to communicate effectively on marketing material.


What we’re looking for…

We’re looking for a highly organised individual who has experience of delivering a high standard of customer service and who can handle queries effectively at all levels. You should have excellent written and spoken communications skills, a keen eye for design, be able to set your own deadlines/prioritise your own workload and the ability to work well in both a team and independently, in what can sometimes be a busy, pressurised environment.

If you have had experience in Adobe Acrobat, Dotmailer or MailChimp software, this would advantageous. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office are a pre-requisite.
