Responding to the needs of culturally diverse workforce is essential for improving organisational success

Addressing cultural diversity in the workplace can greatly impact on occupational safety and health, finds a new report from the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA).

The report blends cross-cultural theory with leadership techniques and applies them to the workplace, to offer practical recommendations for improving safety and health outcomes in culturally diverse environments.
