CIOB Annual General Meeting Notice
Notice is hereby given that the one hundred and eighty-ninth ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING and the thirty-ninth of the Chartered Institute of Building will be held at CIOB 1 Arlington Square Bracknell, UK on Wednesday 24 June 2020 at 1400hrs (BST).
Notice is hereby given that the one hundred and eighty-ninth ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING and the thirty-ninth of the Chartered Institute of Building will be held at CIOB 1 Arlington Square Bracknell, UK on Wednesday 24 June 2020 at 1400hrs (BST).
Due to the current global pandemic we are unable to hold a face to face AGM. In the interests of good governance, the President at the Board of Trustees meeting on 24 April 2020, called for a Poll of the Chartered members to determine the outcome of the AGM.
As a Chartered member of the Institute, you are invited to cast your vote in the Poll on our secure online voting site. (Only Chartered members (MCIOB, FCIOB, RetMCIOB and RetFCIOB at 22 May 2020 are entitled to vote)
To cast your vote, click on the link below or access the Poll site from the emails sent from Mi-Voice.
The Poll will close at 1100hrs (BST) on 24 June 2020.
The outcome of the Poll will be announced on 24 June at 1400hrs (BST) prior to the start of the Members’ Forum meeting, and notified on the website as soon as possible thereafter.
