About the Role
As Qualification Administrator, you will be responsible for administering all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of designated qualifications, ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with enquiries, applications, registrations, inductions and many more. The post will lead to achieving high-quality and timely services to delegates, tutors, and staff relating to the designated programmes/ modules and beyond. You will play a key role in the development of our client’s Academy Training Team.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Developing, documenting, and implementing policies and procedures for all aspects of delivering designated programmes
- Managing extension requests, appeals, complaints, and regional adjustments and processing as appropriate
- Processing all students’ registrations and certification requests
- Working closely with the Training Manager and Training Co-ordinator to support the timetabling for all designated courses
- Monitoring course forums to ensure students’ enquiries are answered by either their tutors or our client academy
- Assisting Training Executives with course webinar delivery
- Updating and briefing Training Managers and Tutors on student application procedures and module/ programme procedures
About You
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and/ or experience:
- Knowledge of qualifications (Ofqual regulated) administrative systems and processes
- Previous experience in administration in higher/ further education or teaching and learning environment desirable but not essential
- Programme administration including dealing with students/ customer enquiries is desirable but not essential
