I started my career 26 years ago as an architectural apprentice within UK Defence, working on projects across troubled European states in support of aid and sustainability missions. My career has progressed via several roles within the industry from site management to programme management, from small architectural designs to major national engineering design and management projects. My career progression has been driven by my passion for education, shaped by the courses undertaken while working on my career. My greatest achievement personally has been the design and building of two regional hospitals supporting 250,000 war-displaced people in South Sudan.
