Today’s construction industry is complex and is challenged by many important issues. We must consider those challenges as well as anticipate those that will affect our future.

The CIOB Policy documents express the values and beliefs of the Institute on a wide range of topics. Their purpose is to guide our work and the work of our members for the benefit of the public.

CIOB Policy Statements

Policy Statements are developed to provide a concise summary of topical issues and the CIOB's position on them. These statements only become formal CIOB policy when they have been signed off at Board level.
