BCH lead the market in the calculation of Rebuild Valuations.
Built on firm foundations since 2006, BCHs founding Directors recognized the ever-increasing importance of accurate Rebuild Valuations, specifically the devastating impact an inaccurate Rebuild Valuation could have. Combining their respective specialisms of Quantity Surveying, Loss Adjusting and Insurance, BCH set out to accurately calculate Reinstatement Values, educate stakeholders as to the importance of correct Rebuild Valuations and challenge the otherwise broad-brush attitudes to these valuations.
As a contributing member of the RICS Reinstatement Cost Assessment Guidance Note steering group, BCH understand best practice more than most. BCH continue to invest in innovation, supporting our customers to get easy access to accurate Reinstatement Valuations.
