Rear Gable Extension Completed in Leigh-on-Sea. This rear gable extension replaced a dilapidated conservatory with a usable garden room with level access bringing the outdoors in. DSB designed the scheme and obtained both planning and building regulations approval. DSB also obtained the build over agreement from Anglian Water which is required where building work is to take place close to or over the route of an existing public sewer or drain. Any development which includes new foundations, underpinning, piling or basements requires approval prior to commencement of the development.

Loft Conversion and Extension Completed in Thundersley. This proposal consisted of a first floor side extension, single storey rear extension, loft conversion and major internal and external refurbishment of the entire house including render and new windows. DSB designed and obtained planning and building regulations approval for this scheme.

New Build House Completed in Chelmsford. This new build was constructed on an old allotment and was a tricky site due to a number of level changes. DSB produced the new build house design with a number of retaining walls to contain the earth on the sloping site. DSB obtained planning and building control approval for this scheme and issued the final construction drawings.
