The 'Ecolab' is a new build smart living research facility constructed by Elliston Steady & Hawes [Building) Ltd for the University of Suffolk. The construction of the Lab will provide a platform for evaluation and development of the next generation of "Smart" technologies, and the impact of software systems [Al) to deliver sustainable living.
Example of work 2
New Street, Woodbridge
Construction of 5nr high quality new build dwellings. The site was a very challenging location, being situated in the town centre of Woodbridge on a oneway street. Throughout the construction phase it was important to consider ways to reduce the impact of our building works upon the local businesses and residents. Whilst a very complex and challenging project, a successful completion was achieved on schedule and on budget.

South Beach Mansion, Felixstowe
Extension and conversion of South Beach Mansion into Six High Quality Apartments. Care was taken in restoring many of the buildings architectual features to preserve its historical importance to the area. Renovation works were completed to meet current building regulations, and modernise its interior with fully equiped kitchens with LED lighting, luxury bathrooms & ensuites, energy efficient central heating system and high quality, efficient sound proofing.
