CIOB & HAWCE Site Visit: Redditch Police and Fire Hub

Summary

Join us for this CIOB and HAWCE (Hereford & Worcester Constructing Excellence) site visit with Speller Metcalfe to see the new Redditch Police and Fire Hub.

The brand new £17.5 million, three-storey building will be located on the disused brownfield site located next to the existing fire station. The new facility will improve delivery services for local residents, strengthen joint response to emergency incidents and replace outdated provision. The project will include a range of amenities including a gym, meeting rooms and a new accommodation unit drill tower.

Please note that PPE will be required – steel toe boots, high vis vest and hat.
