CIOB North East Annual Dinner 2024

The CIOB North East Hub are delighted to invite you to attend their 2024 Annual Dinner on Friday 12 April at the Crowne Plaza, Newcastle.

The event provides guests with the opportunity to network with leaders of the construction sector, providing a unique opportunity for like-minded professionals to meet and entertain guests in a social setting.

We are delighted to welcome Paul Sinha to entertain and compere the event. A trained medical doctor who is perhaps best known as the “Sinnerman” on the hugely popular ITV quiz show ‘The Chase’.

Comedian Paul Sinha was born in the UK to Bengali parents and the family medical dynasty. Whilst studying medicine in the 1990s, Paul took his first steps on the stand-up comedy circuit. He pursued both careers and at the 2006 Edinburgh Festival Fringe earned a nomination for the highest accolade in live comedy, the Edinburgh Comedy Award. Shortly after his nomination, Paul hung up his stethoscope to become a full-time comedian.

We will also be joined by CIOB Special Guest - Sandi Rhys Jones OBE FCIOB.
