With over 30 years in industry David is a Chartered Construction Manager by background. He has previously worked with Balfour Beatty, Mace and AECOM. As CVO at Cohesive he is responsible for driving customer-centricity and creating sustainable value for clients across their asset lifecycle and portfolios. David has been involved in delivering innovative projects, digital change strategies and digital asset management strategies across the globe from UK, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Australia and the Baltics. He was seconded in the UK Cabinet Office in 2011 as Head of BIM Implementation and has been a key contributor to the UK public sector BIM mandate (GCS 2011-2016) he was also Chair of the Scottish BIM Delivery Group. He is chair of the CIOB Innovation Advisory Panel.

Professor David Hancock is a chartered engineer and the senior commercial advisor in the Cabinet Office providing construction and project support across Government departments. A graduate of the Major Projects Leadership Academy and a high-risk project reviewer. He chairs the Government Construction Community and sits on a variety of government boards including Buckingham Palace refurbishment, the British Antarctic Survey, the 'Modern Woman' advisory panel and is non-executive chair of CIRIA. Renowned internationally as a leading thinker and practitioner in the field of behavioural risk. He has a Degree and PhD in engineering from the University of Nottingham alongside an MBA from Bath and is honorary professor at The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, UCL.

Stefan was a founding member of the CIC BIM 2050 group and participates in several industry and technical standards committees, including the Architects Council of Europe (ACE) BIM Working Group and the CIOB Digital & Innovation Advisory Panel. Stefan has co-authored several books on BIM and has  received awards from CIOB, Leeds Beckett University, Generation for Change, Constructing Excellence, and Digital Construction Live in recognition of his contributions to the construction industry.

Dr. Noha Saleeb is Associate Professor in Creative Digital Technologies & Construction at Middlesex University, and Programme Leader for its MSc Building Information Modelling Management programmes, providing consultation for both industry projects and organisations in sustainable design, construction, digital transformation, BIM, Digital Twins, AI and onsite project management. Dr. Saleeb is Director of African BIM Report 2024 and Business Development Lead- BIMAfrica, Editor-in-Chief of Smart Infrastructure and Construction International Journal, and advisory board member of several Professional Body steering committees e.g. London Digital Twin Research Centre, BIM4Heritage, CIOB Innovation SIG, National Institute of Building Services USA. As well as delivering many contributions as Keynote and Plenary Speaker, >100 journal, conference, industry and book chapter publications in the area of Sustainable Construction technologies. She is co-author of the industry standards “Artificial Intelligence Playbook” by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) UK, and “Digital Twins Position Paper for AECO” by the National Institute of Building Sciences, USA. Dr. Saleeb has led several industrial and council funded grant projects, and achieved national/international awards for her expert work in the area of Sustainability, Digital Twins, Heritage, BIM and Construction Innovation:

Independent Technical Adviser

Hywel Davies is an independent expert in building safety regulation and building performance. In recent years his work has focussed particularly on Building Regulations and building safety reform, on construction product testing, certification and regulation and on ventilation and health risks in buildings and on net zero buildings. He has been closely involved in the development of the new building safety regime and its practical implementation, in particular the recent CLC guidance on the Golden Thread. He chaired the expert group review of the Approved Documents which contributed to Dame Judith Hackitt’s independent review and he was a contributor to the Morrell Day review of construction products and testing. He is a member of the Building Advisory Committee of the Building Safety Regulator. He is closely involved in development of British, European and International standards for digital information management and data exchange, chairing the BSI committee. He works with the Construction Industry Council and Construction Leadership Council on building safety reform, and has a part time role as Head of Technical Insight at the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
