Speakers
Dr Bill Collinge
Dr Bill Collinge is an academic and researcher in construction project management and engineering. He is employed as a Lecturer in Project Management in the School of Engineering (University of Manchester) and leads research in Digitalisation and Complexity at Thomas Ashton Institute (https://www.ashtoninstitute.ac.uk). Dr Collinge is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and north-west Committee member of Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). He was principal investigator on the BIM- Risk Library project - a successful collaboration between HSE, academia and construction industry partners to improve health and safety in construction.
Gordon Crick
Gordon Crick has been an Inspector in HSE for over 30 years, most recently working in the Construction Division as part of a recently formed Technology and Innovation Unit. Gordon leads the BIM 4 Health & Safety Working Group. Gordon is a technical lead for the Discovering Safety Programme in HSE, heading up the Construction Risk Library project.
