Dr Eve Blezard FHEA CIHCM

Bio

Dr Eve Blezard is Policy and Practice Lead at the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), where she leads on asset management and culture. She holds a Doctorate in the Built Environment from the University of Salford and has over 15 years of experience in social housing. Eve recently chaired a session on hazard response at the Housing Community Summit 2026 and worked with CIOB on the joint good practice guide on tackling damp and mould, published in September 2026.
