How we work with sponsors
Through sponsorship activities, CIOB adds value to our membership offering by accessing a sponsor’s knowledge and experience. By engaging in activities with our members, sponsor brands are visible to members and non-members through ways that may include:

CIOB Graduation Ceremonies
CIOB Graduation Ceremonies are an opportunity for our new members to celebrate with family and friends their tremendous achievement at gaining internationally recognised accreditation.
Usually hosted by our CEO Caroline Gumble and a CIOB Past President, our new Members, Fellows and Chartered Environmentalists, join new Chartered Building Companies and Consultancies, as they celebrate joining the CIOB membership.
The CIOB is looking for organisations that can sponsor this event, as it’s a great way to introduce your brand to our new CIOB members.
Tomorrow's Leaders Webinar Series
Our global Tomorrow’s Leaders Community is a cross membership community within the CIOB, made up largely of student members but open to all. Our Tomorrow’s Leaders are shaping the future of the built environment and look to support the industry in future challenges the construction sector will face. The community focusses on building professionalism, developing skills & sharing knowledge at every career stage whilst enhancing the pipeline of high-quality construction talent.
Throughout 2023, the CIOB is releasing a series of webinars exploring the main issues and challenges the built environment is facing, starting with:
- 16th October Part 1: Leading the way to a technologically advanced future
- 13th November Part 2: Leading the way to a diverse & inclusive future. (This will follow into EDI Conference 28 Nov.)
- 11th December Part 3: Leading the way to a sustainable future.
The annual CIOB Awards celebrates those who inspire, lead and have a positive impact on the industry. It’s a great way for our members to become familiar with your organisation with an on-stage presentation of an award, logo placements across the campaign and a VIP table for ten guests.
