Bio
Dr Hamza Momade FCIOB is a Director of Special Projects with a leading contracting firm in Ontario, Canada, with over 12 years of experience in commercial and infrastructure construction. He has worked on major projects including The Well, Finch West LRT, Hazel McCallion LRT, and the Port Lands Flood Protection Program. In addition to his industry role, he teaches construction management at the master’s level in Toronto. Hamza also volunteers with PMI Lakeshore and the CIOB Toronto Hub, supporting professional development and industry engagement initiatives. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of London, and his research focuses on sustainable construction, productivity, technology adoption, and construction delay analysis.
