Tadiwanashe Taimu

Tadiwa has extensive experience of working within multidisciplinary project teams to deliver successful built environment outcomes. She brings hands-on project delivery expertise combined with strong client-side insight, supporting cost management, procurement coordination, and the development of practical, value-driven solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

She is the youngest member of the ConstructAfrica Industry Advisory Board (CIAB), where she contributes to strategic direction, sector engagement, and industry collaboration across the African built environment. Her professional leadership extends further through her previous role as CIOB Tomorrow’s Leaders Champion for Sub-Saharan Africa and her service on the CIOB Member Engagement Committee, where she advocates for early-career development, inclusion, and stronger industry networks.

As a CIOB Client Champion, Tadiwa is committed to promoting best-practice guidance, empowering clients to navigate complex project environments, and strengthening alignment between clients and delivery teams to achieve sustainable and impactful construction outcomes.
