Paul Scofield

Paul Scofield is a Chartered Construction Manager with extensive experience in estates, project and programme management across public, research, education and commercial sectors. Known for collaborative leadership and team development, Paul has successfully managed projects through all RIBA construction stages, overseeing multi-site teams and delivering major capital works. With a strong technical background—including expertise in new build, refurbishment, and contract management—Paul is committed to driving business improvement and leveraging technology such as AI and BIM.

Paul previously led the project team at Science & Technology Facilities Council (UK Research & Innovation). He has also held senior leadership positions in commercial construction and IT companies. Paul is recognized for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and process innovation.
