Summary

Join us for session 1 of the Delivering Passivhaus 2026 series: bridging the gap between traditional Passivhaus modelling and digital tools.

The first webinar in a three-part series from the Passivhaus Trust (PHT) and Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), examining how Passivhaus fits into mainstream delivery.

This session focuses on bridging the technical gap between traditional Passivhaus modelling approaches and the digital tools increasingly used by today’s project teams. Attendees will gain insight into how established tools such as the Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP) can be enhanced through innovative digital workflows, enabling faster decision-making, improved collaboration, and more confident project delivery.

This webinar will cover:

  • The Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP): structure, reliability, and verification
  • Digital tools and add-ons that extend PHPP capability
  • Rhino-integrated PHPP innovation and enhanced design workflows
  • How digital twins support design exploration, risk identification, and optimisation

Participants will gain practical insights into how project managers can use data-driven design processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and accelerate the delivery.

Format

  • An intermediate series of three live online sessions. Starting from September 2026, and ending in October 2026
  • Seminars will be delivered at 1pm on Wednesday afternoons
  • The duration of each lecture is approximately 1 hour
