This webinar will explore why Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) matters in retrofit delivery and how it can contribute to better outcomes for organisations, supply chains, and communities. The session will cover key considerations for embedding EDI across retrofit programmes, including workforce and organisational practices, procurement and supply chain management, resident engagement, and working effectively with stakeholders and delivery partners.
Attendees will gain an understanding of how inclusive practices can support compliance, strengthen delivery, improve stakeholder experiences, and help ensure retrofit programmes are accessible and effective for the communities they serve.
