International Project Expo : FutureScape 2026

Summary

FutureScape 2026 is a visionary international competition designed to harness innovation in sustainable engineering and design. This event invites students and researchers from around the globe to showcase their groundbreaking ideas that tackle pressing global challenges.

The expo aims to:

Inspire creativity and interdisciplinary collaboration in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
Foster innovative solutions that promote resilience, equity, and environmental stewardship.
Provide a platform for participants to engage in evidence-based innovation that blends scientific rigour with visionary thinking.
 

Moonshot Challenges
Participants can choose from a variety of themes, including:

1. Carbon-Free Cities: Exploring ultra-low carbon construction and regenerative designs.
   2.15-Minute Cities: Focusing on equitable urban design and tech-enabled accessibility.
   3. Future of Mobility: Rethinking clean and safe transport systems.
   4. Zero-Waste Water Cities: Developing sustainable water management solutions.
   5. Self-Protecting Buildings: Designing structures that can sense and respond to danger.
   6. Net-Positive Buildings: Innovating structures that generate more energy than they consume.
   7. Climate-Proof Digital Twins: Utilizing AI and IoT for real-time disaster planning.
   8. Disaster-Resilient Communities: Crafting adaptive infrastructures for post-disaster recovery.
   9. Self-Healing Infrastructure: Creating materials that can repair themselves.
   10. Build Anywhere: Pioneering construction techniques suitable for any environment.
   
   Participation details

Eligibility: Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from recognized institutions worldwide.
Team Size: 2-4 members per team.
Submission Requirements: Abstract, detailed project report, and optional prototype/model/simulation.
