Produced by the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce and staged by Revolution Events, Kent Construction EXPO returns to the Kent Event Centre, Maidstone, on Thursday 1 October, bringing together professionals from across the construction, property and built environment sectors for a day of networking, learning and business development.

The event welcomes contractors, developers, consultants, local authorities, housing providers, manufacturers, suppliers and industry professionals from across Kent and the South East. With more than 200 exhibitors, over 20 conference sessions and a range of networking opportunities, it provides a platform to explore the latest products, share knowledge and build new business relationships.

The day begins with the Kent Construction Focus Group Networking Breakfast, delivered in partnership with the South East Consortium and Kent LSIP as Headline Skills & Workforce Partners. Bringing together more than 200 construction professionals, this year's breakfast will focus on the skills, workforce and training initiatives needed to support the future of the industry, while offering delegates the opportunity to make new connections before the exhibition opens.

Running throughout the day, the conference programme features practical sessions covering many of the issues shaping construction today, including AI in project management, winning work through frameworks and bid strategy, biodiversity net gain, building safety, sustainability, digital innovation and workforce development.

The day concludes with a drinks reception and Gala Dinner. Guests will enjoy a three-course meal accompanied by live music from Ebonie G, performing in an intimate trio version of the acclaimed Black Bird Entertainment Band, before comedian James Dowdeswell takes to the stage as the evening's headline act.
