CIOB Ireland wants to hear from SME housebuilders about the barriers they are encountering to housing delivery. We have created a 5-minute survey in which SMEs can share their experience of the housing development process. The data collected, along with evidence gathered from interviews with large housebuilders, will be used as the basis for a 2022 policy paper on the barriers to housing delivery in Ireland.
