The Eastern and Midland Regional Assembly (EMRA) is currently reviewing its Regional Spatial and Economic Strategy (RSES), providing a vital opportunity to shape the development of Ireland's built environment. We are calling for mandatory adaptability assessments and circular construction incentives to tackle the region's high commercial vacancy and housing shortage.
