The CIOB has responded to the Northern Ireland Assembly's Draft Programme for Government. Our response draws on the CIOB's suite of research, and makes the case for focused investment to help SMEs; growing apprenticeships; creating an A-Level in construction; aligning the tax system to tackle embodied and operational carbon; and tackling the dysfunctional land market to facilitate housing delivery.
