CIOB responded to the Industry & Regulator's Committee inquiry into the Building Safety Regulator. The Committee sought views from stakeholders to find out if the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) has the skills and resources required to ensure the safety of all buildings and its residents in the process of approving applications for high-rise buildings.

CIOB's response, which can be downloaded to the right of this page, was informed by a roundtable with members who work on higher-risk buildings and have utilised the BSR to register buildings.
