CIOB responded to the MHCLG Planning Reform Working Papers on Reforming Site Thresholds and Speeding Up Build Out.

The working papers covered different aspects of planning reform, designed to inform further policy development in collaboration with the wider sector. These working papers were intended to support discussions with the sector, to determine whether and how to take proposals forward, as opposed to formal consultations on specific proposals.
