Career Resume:

I am Group Managing Director of Milestone Group and Chief Product Officer of StoneRise, leading multi-million-pound social housing, roofing and refurbishment programmes across the South of England. I previously progressed from Trainee QS to Senior QS, Commercial Manager and Divisional Manager, delivering major residential, commercial and public-sector projects up to £70m. I have deep expertise in JCT/NEC contracts, commercial governance, supply-chain management, and digital transformation within construction. I also mentor emerging professionals and actively contribute to CIOB committees and industry standards.

Personal Statement:

I am serving as a Trustee of the CIOB because the Institute has shaped my professional development, and I want to support its future direction and public mission. Through my various involvement with the CIOB over the years, I have gained a clear understanding of its values, responsibilities and the importance of maintaining strong professional standards. This has reinforced my belief in the need for ethical leadership, fairness and sound governance across the industry.

As a Managing Director, Non-Executive Director and Chief Product Officer, I bring experience in governance, strategy, commercial oversight and digital transformation, along with a genuine commitment to public benefit. I believe the CIOB has an important role in promoting quality, competence and inclusion across the global construction industry, and I would be proud to support the Board in delivering these aims.
