Qualification information
The CIOB Level 4 Certificate in Construction Site Management is designed for supervisors and assistant site managers who are progressing into site management roles within the construction industry. It develops the knowledge and skills needed to plan, coordinate, and oversee small to medium-sized construction projects safely, efficiently, and to professional standards. The qualification provides a strong foundation for career advancement and progression to the Level 4 Diploma or higher-level management and chartered membership pathways.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must have at least 32 UCAS points, via one of the following:
- Level 3 NVQ/SNVQ or equivalent in a construction-related subject
- CIOB Level 3 qualifications in Site Supervision (Awards or Diploma)
- 3 years of relevant construction experience
Further study options:
Upon successful completion of the Certificate in Construction Site Management, learners will be eligible to progress to the Construction Site Management Level 4 qualification.
