No Falls Week: Reducing risk in the workplace and beyond
Falls remain one of the leading causes of injury and death across the workplace.
I am a Senior Project Manager at Colorminium (London Ltd and Envoy Projects Ltd). For the last few years, I have been intensively working on cladding remediation projects as well as new-build commercial buildings. I hold a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management from the University of Portsmouth, where I graduated with Distinction.
With a comprehensive background in the construction industry, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge. My extensive qualifications are pivotal in ensuring safety and compliance both on and off the construction site. As a NEBOSH-certified professional, I am adept at producing and verifying safe systems of work and vigilantly monitoring and upholding health and safety compliance standards.
I am a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), a Technical Member (IOSH), and hold Principal Contractor Competency Certification. My proven track record encompasses negotiation, operations management, team building, and all facets of construction.
I am privileged to be a part of the Professional Standards Committee and a member of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisory Panel within The Chartered Institute of Building. Additionally, I am a member of the Industry Competence Steering Group, initiated by the Building Safety Regulator (HSE), where I serve as the Chair of the Sector Led Group 9 tasked with devising a framework of competency for construction management delivery.
