The Level 6 Construction Quantity Surveyor apprenticeship is a work-based programme that prepares apprentices to manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Apprentices develop expertise in cost planning, procurement, contract management, commercial reporting, and project control.
The programme combines practical on-the-job experience with structured learning and concludes with the End-Point Assessment (EPA), which confirms the apprentice can operate competently as a professional quantity surveyor, supporting projects from feasibility through to completion.
