The CIOB Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship trains apprentices to supervise and manage construction sites, covering planning, resource coordination, health and safety, quality, and team leadership. It combines practical work with learning and finishes with an End-Point Assessment to confirm competence in site supervision and management.

Entry Requirements
Desirable:
- GCSE Maths and English – usually grade 4 (C) or above
- Around 3–4 GCSEs total at grade 4–9 (or equivalent)
If you don’t have Maths or English at grade 4, you can often still start the apprenticeship but will need to complete Functional Skills qualifications during the course.
Employment requirement:
- Have a job with a construction employer
- Work at least 30 hours per week in a relevant role (office or site support).
