The Level 6 Design and Construction Management apprenticeship is a work-based programme that prepares apprentices to manage construction projects from design through delivery, integrating design, planning, cost, and construction management. Apprentices develop expertise in project design coordination, construction methods, cost and resource management, health and safety, and stakeholder engagement.
The programme combines practical on-the-job experience with structured learning and concludes with the End-Point Assessment (EPA), which confirms the apprentice can operate competently in managing construction projects at a strategic and technical level.
