The session will cover mediation fundamentals, demonstrate a live mediation role‑play led by experienced HKMC mediators, and include an interactive Q&A. Attendees will learn confidential, cost‑effective techniques for collaborative problem‑solving. This event is ideal for contractors, project managers, consultants, in‑house counsel and dispute resolution professionals.
