CIOB Mentoring Service
CIOB Mentoring Service
The CIOB Mentoring Service is a benefit of CIOB membership to support members into Chartered membership and Fellowship.
What is the CIOB Mentoring Service?
The CIOB Mentoring Service is a benefit included with membership for those eligible to complete an application. The service utilizes Chartered Members and Fellows to support members on their journey to Chartered Membership through to Fellowship.
Using an online mentoring platform, users can connect with Chartered Members and Fellows who can mentor through a series of programmes.
The CIOB Mentoring Service offers four mentoring programmes:
- Professional Review
- Fellowship
- Chartered Environmentalist
- Early Career Coaching
Whilst the CIOB Mentoring Service does not provide a direct career-advice programme, many of our mentors and mentees find the experience builds valuable skills– from communication and leadership to strategic thinking–that contribute to their professional development.
More information can be found below on the individual programmes ⤵
