About the Role
We’re looking for a Professional and Technical Review Advisor to provide the delivery of a high level of customer service to members and potential members applying for the chartered and technical membership.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating an end-to-end application process, ensuring an excellent level of customer service, support and guidance is provided to candidates.
- Advising candidates regarding their application – fees, missing documents, quality, timescales and qualifications.
- Making a judgement regarding an application and deciding when additional support is required for applications that are below standard by providing guidance for revisions.
- Acting as a designated point of contact for assigned applicants; overseeing their application from beginning to end and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience is delivered throughout.
- Challenging assessors on batches not returned within give timescales and pass to the Professional and Technical Review Manager where problems persist
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM, while ensuring compliance with GDPR.
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administrative experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work methodically
- IT literate in database use, Word and Outlook
