Paul Gandy Chief Executive Officer, TDHL, TDCL, TDEL. Paul joined Tilbury Douglas in October 2019 as Managing Director. He has over 40 years of experience in the industry, with 30 of those in executive positions in companies including Lend Lease Construction, Kier Construction and Balfour Beatty London. He has an extensive range of expertise encompassing all construction sectors. Paul is President of The Chartered Institute of Building.
